Beta testers wanted
We are building a portal for coastal and holiday property in seven languages. Before we make noise, we want listings from as many countries as possible — and honest feedback from professionals. Whoever joins now is one of our first beta testers.
The offer
- Estate agencies list up to 5 properties, developers 2 complete developments — however many units they contain. Free for one month.
- You do not need a card to redeem the code — one is only needed before the first payment is taken. No monthly price is charged during the free month. After that your access continues on the smallest package for your type — cancellable monthly, and we remind you fourteen days beforehand with the amount and the date.
- Developers: if your first development is listed by 30 November 2026, the one-off onboarding fee is waived entirely. After that it applies again — we name the amount in your personal offer.
- Limited to the first 2 providers per country. First come, first served.
- As a beta tester we name you on our website if you wish — and you keep permanently better terms than providers who join later.
- In return we ask for your feedback: what is missing, what gets in the way, what works. No small print beyond that — we do not broker and take no commission.

How to join
- Create an account — as a company, with your business e-mail address.
- Under "My properties" enter the code BETA2026, choose your country and whether you are an agency or a developer.
- List your properties: photos, text, price, land-registry reference. We review every property before it goes live.
