The price depends on how many properties you offer and whether you maintain them yourself. We send you the price list by e-mail on request — a fixed monthly amount, never a success fee.
Twelve-month minimum term, charged monthly by card, then cancellable monthly. No setup fee.

The price depends on how many projects you have and the work involved in setting them up. You receive an offer with a fixed monthly amount — never a success fee.
A one-off onboarding fee at the start — once per customer, not per development. Then a fixed monthly amount charged by card. Twelve-month minimum term.
Net price plus VAT. For businesses in the EU with a valid VAT number the reverse charge procedure applies.
Request a quoteThe introductory price applies to every package until 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027 the regular price applies, shown next to each package. Anyone who signs up before then keeps the introductory price for the agreed term.

Property page in seven languages
German, English, French, Greek, Spanish, Polish and Swedish. Visitors see their own language without changing anything.
Images, video and 360° tours
We check every image before it goes live and embed tours and video. For owners and in the agent package up to 15 properties we also sort and prepare your material.
Found by search engines and AI
Every property page carries machine-readable data. When someone asks an assistant about property by the sea, yours should come up.
Enquiries reach you directly
We check every enquiry for seriousness and pass it on with all the details.
Changes at any time
You can change price and availability yourself in your account at any time. Owners and agents on the package up to 15 properties can also simply tell us.
No commission on a sale
You pay a fixed fee. We take no share of the proceeds — term and any onboarding fee are stated with each package.
What is not included
- We do not broker and do not negotiate. The contract is concluded between you and the interested party.
- We charge no commission on a sale or letting — only the agreed fee.
- We do not produce energy certificates, floor plans or surveys. Existing documents we will include.
