With us you list your development once, with photos, video and a virtual tour. We show it to buyers in their own language. You need no website of your own, no translation agency and no contract in every country.

How it works
Create an account
Company, website, how many developments and where. Five minutes, no appointment, no call.
Add the development
You create the project yourself and upload your price list as Excel or CSV, ideally with our template. Units, rooms, size and price are in with that.
Choose your package
You choose your package by the number of your projects and save your credit card. Nothing is charged at that point, only once we have reviewed and approved your project.
Online
After our review your project page goes live in several languages. We pass every enquiry in full to your sales team.

- You list one complete development, however many units are included. Free for 3 months.
- No limit by country, for every country on our website. The place goes to whoever redeems the code first.
- Developers: you choose your package and save your card when you do. The free period starts when your development is approved; until then and during the free period no monthly price is charged. After that your access continues on the package you chose, at the special introductory price until 31 December 2027, with a six-month minimum term. We remind you fourteen days beforehand with the amount and the date.
- You can leave until the end of the free period, with no obligation: remove your card under “Account and package”, your access then ends with the free period and nothing is charged.
- In return we ask for your feedback: what is missing, what gets in the way, what works. We do not broker and take no commission.

What the project page shows
- Every available unit with bedrooms, bathrooms, built area, plot, stage of construction and price.
- The price, with a note on whether VAT is added.
- Special prices are shown as such, with the regular price beside them.
- Renderings and exterior views, the location on a map.
- Reserved and sold units disappear as soon as you mark them so.
- An enquiry route that names the development: your sales team knows immediately what it is about.
Price list and availability
You keep prices and availability up to date yourself: unit by unit in your account, or all at once by uploading your current price list as Excel or CSV, ideally using our template. Your project page stays online throughout.
