How it works
Create an account
Company name, business e-mail, password. No call needed, no appointment.
Add the development
You enter the project yourself and paste your price list as text — the system recognises units, rooms, size and price on its own.
Submit it
Until then nobody sees it but you. We review it, translate it and put it online.
Enquiries
We review every enquiry and pass it to your sales team in full.

Your own project page with every unit, in seven languages. You maintain prices and availability — or we do.
Beyond twenty projects we agree an individual amount.
The price depends on how many projects you have and the work involved in setting them up. You receive an offer with a fixed monthly amount — never a success fee.
A one-off onboarding fee at the start — once per customer, not per development. Then a fixed monthly amount charged by card. Twelve-month minimum term.

What the project page shows
- Every available unit with bedrooms, bathrooms, built area, plot, stage of construction and price.
- The price calculated with VAT — and the reduced rate for a main residence, with its conditions.
- Special prices are shown as such, with the regular price beside them.
- Renderings and exterior views, the location on a map.
- Reserved and sold units disappear as soon as it says so in your list.
- An enquiry route that names the development — your sales team knows immediately what it is about.
Price list and availability
You maintain both yourself in your account — or you send us the list as you keep it anyway, as a spreadsheet or a PDF. Sold units disappear from the page as soon as you tell us.
