Why we ask for the land registry details
When you list, we ask for the official identifier of your property: the Registration Number in Cyprus, the Referencia Catastral in Spain, the parcel details in Germany. For agents and private sellers it is optional, for developers it is required. With it we can tell for certain whether the same property is already listed with us. Without it we compare photos and details. The identifier is never shown publicly.
