- You list one property. Free for 3 months.
- No limit by country, for every country on our website. The place goes to whoever redeems the code first.
- Estate agencies: you do not need a card to redeem the code. No monthly price is charged during the free period. If you save a card by then, your access continues afterwards on the smallest package (up to 15 properties), at the special introductory price until 31 December 2027, with a six-month minimum term. We remind you fourteen days beforehand with the amount and the date. Without a card it ends with the free period. If you have more properties, you choose the larger package that fits yourself.
- You can leave until the end of the free period, with no obligation: remove your card under “Account and package”, your access then ends with the free period and nothing is charged.
- In return we ask for your feedback: what is missing, what gets in the way, what works. We do not broker and take no commission.

When you send many properties at once
Upload your portfolio in your account, as a spreadsheet (Excel or CSV), ideally using our template. You see straight away what is new and what is already on the site, and nothing is saved until you confirm. Upload the same spreadsheet again later and new prices and availability are applied.
- What is new is created as a draft. Once you add photos and a description, it goes live in several languages after our review.
- What is already there, because another office had it first, you get as a second position if your land registry details are complete. The list shows you beforehand.
- What cannot be accepted is listed with a reason.
Every property exactly once
In markets without sole agency the same house quickly sits with three offices. On other portals it then appears three times, at three different prices. Not here, and that is better for you too, because you are not advertising against yourself.
- Whoever first lists the property with complete land registry details keeps the listing.
- Further offices we record as second and third contact, at most three per property.
- An enquiry goes to the first in line. If there is no reply within 36 working hours, it moves to the next. The buyer never notices.
- Anyone who fails to reply three times in a row moves down one position.
What a second position costs you
Your package price is not halved because two duplicates turn up. The other way round: a property where you are second or third contact takes up only half a slot in your package. With fifty slots you can run fifty listings of your own, or forty of your own and twenty second positions.
