Where you live yourself does not matter. Owners, agents and developers from anywhere can list here. What matters is the location: the property must lie in a holiday or recreational region: by the sea, on a lake, in the mountains or in a recognised holiday area.

A house on Lake Constance belongs here just as much as one on the Costa Blanca, by Lake Garda or in Cornwall. We cannot accept city flats or properties with no connection to a recreational region.

Your first property is free for one month once it has been approved. After that you pay €4.90 per month, cancellable at any time with effect from the end of the billing month. The place goes to whoever redeems the code first.

How it works: sign up with the button. The code SEASUNPRIVATE50 is carried over and redeemed once your email address is confirmed. You save your card when you submit; nothing is charged in the first month.

Estate agencies list one property, developers one complete development, however many units they contain. Free for 3 months.
No limit by country, for every country on our website. The place goes to whoever redeems the code first.
Estate agencies: you do not need a card to redeem the code. No monthly price is charged during the free period. If you save a card by then, your access continues afterwards on the smallest package (up to 15 properties), at the special introductory price until 31 December 2027, with a six-month minimum term. We remind you fourteen days beforehand with the amount and the date. Without a card it ends with the free period. If you have more properties, you choose the larger package that fits yourself.
Developers: you choose your package and save your card when you do. The free period starts when your development is approved; until then and during the free period no monthly price is charged. After that your access continues on the package you chose, at the special introductory price until 31 December 2027, with a six-month minimum term. We remind you fourteen days beforehand with the amount and the date.
You can leave until the end of the free period, with no obligation: remove your card under “Account and package”, your access then ends with the free period and nothing is charged.
In return we ask for your feedback: what is missing, what gets in the way, what works. We do not broker and take no commission.
