Where you live yourself does not matter — owners, agents and developers from anywhere can list here. What matters is the location: the property must lie in a holiday or recreational region — by the sea, on a lake, in the mountains or in a recognised holiday area.
A house on Lake Constance belongs here just as much as one on the Costa Blanca, by Lake Garda or in Cornwall. We cannot accept city flats or properties with no connection to a recreational region.
