The price depends on how many projects you have and the work involved in setting them up. You receive an offer with a fixed monthly amount — never a success fee.
A one-off onboarding fee at the start — once per customer, not per development. Then a fixed monthly amount charged by card. Twelve-month minimum term.

No commission on a sale
You pay a fixed fee. We take no share of the proceeds — term and any onboarding fee are stated with each package.

- We do not broker and do not negotiate. The contract is concluded between you and the interested party.
- We charge no commission on a sale or letting — only the agreed fee.
- We do not produce energy certificates, floor plans or surveys. Existing documents we will include.
