Foreign nationals buy on the same terms as residents. The transfer of ownership is executed by a notary and recorded in the land registry (Kadaster). For houses in holiday parks it is worth checking the zoning plan: many are designated as recreational homes (recreatiewoning) and may not be used as a main residence.
