We are building a portal for coastal and holiday property in seven languages. Before we make noise, we want listings from as many countries as possible — and honest feedback from professionals. Whoever joins now stays a founding partner.
The offer
- Estate agencies list up to 5 properties, developers 2 complete developments — however many units they contain. Free for 3 months.
- No card, no invoice, nothing renews by itself. Afterwards you decide whether to continue with a package.
- Limited to the first 2 providers per country. First come, first served.
- As a founding partner we name you on our website if you wish — and you keep permanently better terms than providers who join later.
- In return we ask for your feedback: what is missing, what gets in the way, what works. No small print beyond that — we do not broker and take no commission.

- Create an account — as a company, with your business e-mail address.
- Under "My properties" enter the code BETA2026, choose your country and whether you are an agency or a developer.
- List your properties: photos, text, price, land-registry reference. We review every property before it goes live.
