Larnaca and coast

The city by the airport with the coastal villages of Oroklini, Pervolia and Tersefanou — new builds at prices no longer found further east.

Larnaca is the city with the airport — and for a few years now the corner of the island where most is being built. The palm-lined Finikoudes promenade, the marina and the old town around St Lazarus church form the centre; the coast runs north over Oroklini and Pyla and south over Pervolia, Kiti and Mazotos.

Buying in Larnaca means ten to twenty minutes to the airport and three-quarters of an hour to Protaras or Limassol. The surrounding villages — Tersefanou, Kiti, Oroklini — offer new villas and townhouses, often with a pool, at prices below those of the resorts in the east.

For buyers who want to use the island as a whole or fly often, it is the most practical location Cyprus has.
