We provide no brokerage services ourselves — no introduction or intermediation within the meaning of § 34c GewO (Germany), MaklerG (Austria) or ZGB/OR (Switzerland).
We do not accept purchase or rental offers, conduct no contract negotiations, hold no funds and are not a party to any contract. A purchase or rental contract is concluded solely between the interested party and the provider; any commission claims likewise arise solely between them.
